A healthy and balanced diet can play an important role in fertility and pregnancy, particularly with the management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Our registered dietitians work closely with your Clinical Care Team to provide personalized nutrition counseling and dietary education classes in each of our RMANJ office locations.

Desiree Martin has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University in Pennsylvania where she graduated with summa cum laude honors. Desiree became a registered dietitian in 2014 and began working as a clinical dietitian at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold shortly after.
Her approach is to work with the patient to create an individualized meal plan and balanced lifestyle that accommodates the patient’s specific nutrition goals using scientific and evidence based information and education tools.
She sees patients in RMANJ’s Freehold, Eatontown, and Hamilton offices.
Leda Ristovic holds Bachelor & Master of Science degrees in Nutrition/Dietetics, from Montclair State University. She became a registered dietitian upon successfully completing 1200 hours of supervised practice with Iowa State University’s Dietetic Internship program.
Ristovic also holds a certificate of training in adult weight management, obtained a four part breastfeeding training, and is a certified food safety manager. Her ultimate goal in her career is to educate others on how to make healthier choices and lead balanced lives, using scientific and evidence based information.
Ristovic sees patients in RMANJ’s Englewood, West Orange, and Morristown offices.
Gabrielle Rutenberg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics from Montclair State University. She successfully completed her dietetic internship with the Sodexo NY/Metropolitan Area internship program, which consisted of 1200 hours of supervised practice with an emphasis in medical nutrition therapy.
She is also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her goal is to educate and empower her patients to make healthier food choices. She believes in a whole food nutrition approach and that we can heal ourselves and reach optimum health with healthy diet / lifestyle change.
She sees patients in RMANJ’s Basking Ridge, Somerset, and Springfield offices.
