Who qualifies for the fertility treatment discount?
- Active educators (public or private K–12, higher education faculty/staff, school administrators, instructional aides, counselors, nurses, support staff, district employees
- Active duty military, reservists, National Guard, and veterans
- Spouses/partners of eligible individuals
How are we verifying eligibility?
- Educators: school ID, faculty ID, paystub, union card
- Military: military ID, DD214, veteran ID card
What is included?
Treatments only: IVF cycles, IUI cycles, egg freezing cycles
What is the discount on medication?

Can the discount be combined with insurance benefits?
No, the discount can not be combined with insurance or third-party fertility benefits.

Discounts apply to self-pay treatment cycles only and cannot be combined with insurance coverage or benefits. Discount excludes outside services, third-party reproduction, genetic testing, donor gametes, and gestational carrier services. The medication discount is valid on regular pricing.
Dr. Kathleen Lin
Dr. Kathleen Lin leads RMA Seattle with deep gratitude for the teachers and military families who give so much to the community. Known for her expertise in fertility preservation and compassionate, evidence-based care, she’s honored to support those beginning or continuing their path to parenthood.
Dr. Sarah Keller
Dr. Sarah Keller completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She began providing infertility care in a private practice setting in Southern, NJ, then returned to her Midwest roots, joining the Washington University School of Medicine faculty in St. Louis, MO. There, she practiced reproductive medicine and was actively involved in training medical students, residents, and fellows. In April 2025, she started a new chapter in Seattle, joining RMA and seeing patients in the Bellevue and Seattle, WA, locations.
