Associate Genetic Counselor, Deena Dubrow earned a Master of Science in Human Genetics from the Joan H. Marks Human Genetics Graduate Program at Sarah Lawrence College in May 2025 and joined IVI RMA later that year as an Associate Genetic Counselor. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a laboratory technician at a gamete donation bank, gaining hands-on experience with gamete cryopreservation and the donor selection process. This background has given her a well-rounded understanding of the complex and often challenging fertility journeys many patients navigate.

Deena is motivated by advances in reproductive technology that expand who can build a family and support more diverse and inclusive family structures. Outside of work, she enjoys dance fitness classes, exploring thrift and antique shops in Philadelphia, and spending time with her cat, Toast.
