Dr. Rybak is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and serves as Clinical Assistant Professor, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He has special expertise and interests in polycystic ovarian syndrome, unexplained infertility, menstrual disorders, fertility preservation, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis.
Dr. Rybak graduated with a BA in Biology, summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University in NY. He received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and his Masters in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Rybak performed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins, where he was awarded the prestigious Chief Resident Award for Excellence in Gynecologic Oncology.
He completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Montefiore Medical Center and The Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he remains an Assistant Clinical Professor.
In addition to his vast medical training, Dr. Rybak also holds a Masters in Public Health and is an Ordained Orthodox Rabbi. As a rabbi, he sees the appreciation of the Orthodox community he serves. “We offer on-site Hashgacha and our staff is always eager to speak with Rabbonim and Dayonim in the community to assure world-class treatment that is also rigorously Al Pi Halacha.”
He says that working with couples trying to become parents blends his scientific, social, and spiritual expertise in a meaningful way. “This field brings together so many interesting fields: embryology, genetics, reproduction, ethics, and social policy,” he says. “It also allows me to provide a unique level of care with an appreciation for the spiritual needs of my patients.”
Dr. Rybak’s areas of expertise and interests include genetic testing, IVF, and egg freezing.
