Costco, Sesame, and IVI RMA North America have announced a new partnership designed to make fertility care more accessible and affordable for Costco members across the United States. Through this collaboration, patients gain direct access to coordinated fertility services through Sesame’s digital healthcare platform, including comprehensive intake evaluations, diagnostic workups, and referrals to leading reproductive specialists at IVI RMA clinics when specialized treatment is needed. The goal of the program is to remove common barriers to fertility care for the one in six Americans who experience infertility, offering a clearer and more streamlined path to care. By connecting patients with care coordinators and experienced fertility specialists, the partnership delivers transparent pricing, faster access to treatment, and continuous guidance throughout the fertility journey.

A major component of the program is significantly reduced medication costs through Costco’s pharmacy network, where members can save up to 80 percent on fertility medications such as Follistim. These savings address one of the largest out of pocket expenses associated with fertility treatment. If advanced care such as IVF or IUI is recommended, patients are referred to IVI RMA North America clinics that provide cutting edge reproductive medicine and industry leading success rates, along with additional negotiated discounts for Costco members.
