I wanted to send you a note introducing you to our little miracle baby and to say thank you for making this possible for us. I feel like people only write reviews or send notes to complain about services or doctors so I wanted you all to know how impressed I was with every single nurse/doctor/person I encountered at RMA in Englewood.
My husband and I went to our first appointment at RMA in May of last year. On June 29, we found out we were pregnant. I know we are one of the very lucky ones to be able to get pregnant on our first round of IUI and I know/met plenty of people at RMA that weren’t so lucky but were still trying and hopeful.
My time at RMA, although fairly short, was so pleasant (given the circumstances of why I was there). Dr. Ryback is so intelligent and his positivity and warm personality made me feel less stressed at every appointment. After every procedure or discussion I had with him, I left feeling optimistic. In addition to him, the ladies at the front desk, the ladies that took my blood, the nurses that brought me to my room and got me set up for my ultrasound – everyone is beyond sweet and always smiling….and this is all usually at 5:45 am.
Now and then I see negative online reviews about RMA’s early appointment hours. But I work full time, so as much as I’d like to stay and chat all day, the best thing about your office IS the fact that I can go at 5:30 am, get my bloodwork and ultrasound done and get out the door as fast as possible. I loved those early hours and they saved me from having to use vacation days for doctor’s appointments. In addition, your pregnancy success rate was so important to me because after all, that was the reason I was there.
Our perfect little girl Riley was born on March 7. She is such a happy baby and our lives are so much better with her in it. I hope and pray we do not have to come back to RMA when we start trying for another baby, but I know that if we do, we will be in the best of hands.
