Carolina Moreira, MSN, MPH, WHNP-BC, is a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing comprehensive care to women at all stages of life. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Business Management from Saint Peter’s University, Carolina embarked on a journey of education and service that led her to obtain a BSN from New York University, a master’s in public health with a concentration in Occupational Health and Safety from Rutgers University, and finally, a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati.

Motivated by her aspiration to be a voice for women and educate them on their health, Carolina transitioned from a labor and delivery nurse to a more specialized role in women’s health. Her enthusiasm for reproductive medicine is palpable, especially in assisting patients through fertility treatments and witnessing the joy of parenthood.

Joining RMA was a natural choice for Carolina, drawn by the organization's reputation for excellence in reproductive medicine and patient-centered care. She appreciates RMA's commitment to patient satisfaction and accessibility.

Outside of work, Carolina finds joy in staying active through sports and outdoor activities and exploring new places with her wife. Their shared passion for craft beer's artistry is a relaxing component of their active lifestyle. Recently, they purchased a second home in the Poconos, where they enjoy hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

Carolina describes herself as passionate, hardworking, and dedicated. She always strives to ensure her patients feel comfortable and supported in their care. Her immediate bucket list includes attending the FIFA World Cup 2026 at MetLife Stadium.

Beyond her professional achievements, Carolina ran the NYC marathon in honor of her father and treasures time with her beloved fur family. She emphasizes patience and compassion in her approach to patient care and expresses her love for making a positive difference in people's lives.
