In 1987, Dr. Schmidt established Ohio Reproductive Medicine. As a founding physician of ORM, Dr. Schmidt has played a key role in shaping fertility care throughout the region.
He earned both his medical degree and Ph.D. in Biochemistry at the University of Missouri. He then completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at The Ohio State University Hospitals.
Dr. Schmidt specializes in all aspects of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
