How to Enroll for Savings

To qualify, you must be a Costco Member and begin your fertility journey with a Sesame clinician. Your Sesame visit includes your intake, diagnostic coordination, and clear self‑pay pricing — and it is the required first step to unlock all program benefits.
Get Referred to IVI RMA
After your intake, Sesame will provide a streamlined referral to an IVI RMA fertility specialist for advanced treatment when appropriate. This referral is essential — patients must come through the Sesame pathway to receive the 10% discount and coordinated support.
Access Discounts on Treatment & Medication
Once referred, you receive discounts off self‑pay treatment services at participating IVI RMA clinics and up to 80% off fertility medications through Costco Pharmacy’s exclusive member pricing.
Who Doesn’t Meet the Requirements
You are not eligible if you’re already an IVI RMA patient, if you’re a Costco Member who isn’t using Sesame, or if your referral comes from a provider outside the Sesame platform.
