Jeffrey T. Thorne, MD, received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. As an undergraduate, he was honored with a Howard Hughes Research Fellowship and studied abroad at the University of Regensburg in Germany. William D. Schlaff
Our providers are people too Dr. Schlaff was recruited to Philadelphia to become the Paul and Eloise Bowers Professor and Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. William Schlaff is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Michigan Medical School where he also completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. He completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at Johns Hopkins University where he also served on the faculty for eight years. In 1989, Dr. Schlaff was recruited to the University of Colorado in Denver where he founded the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology
Allison Lange
Our providers are people too Dr. Lange was awarded the New England Fertility Society/eIVF Grant to study the effects of male Body Mass Index (BMI) on Assisted Reproductive Technology. Dr. Allison Lange received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and completed her OB/GYN residency at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Boston’s Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2016, Dr. Lange was awarded the New England Fertility Society REI Ferring Research Grant to assess the efficacy of intravenous acetaminophen versus fentanyl for perioperative pain control during oocyte retrieval.

She has also been named a Top Doc by Philadelphia Magazine and physician rating companies Castle Connolly and Vitals.com. Dr. Jacqueline N. Gutmann received her medical degree from the Yale University School of Medicine, and completed her residency and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Yale-New Haven Hospital, where she received the Irving Friedman Award for Excellence in Patient Care and was also named a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar. Martin F. Freedman

He is a co-founder and past president of the Philadelphia Area Reproductive Endocrine Society. Dr. Freedman received his medical degree from Wayne State University and completed his postgraduate fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. He was responsible for the first cryopreserved embryo pregnancy in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is a co-founder and past president of the Philadelphia Area Reproductive Endocrine Society.
