With a 15-year tenure as an Assistant Professor at Duke University Medical Center, she focused on early pregnancy management, shaping the next generation of OB/GYN specialists. A New York native, Dr. Ferrandino hails from a family steeped in education and law. She blazed her trail in medicine, driven by a passion for the sciences, especially human biology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Binghamton University, majoring in Biology with a concentration in Genetics, followed by her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Her residency in ObGyn at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island honed her expertise in genetics and minimally invasive surgery.
Colorado called to Dr. Ferrandino and her family for its family connections, natural beauty, and lifestyle. The state's commitment to women's health and reproductive rights resonated deeply with her professional and personal ethos, making it the ideal location for her next career phase.
In August 2022, Dr. Ferrandino became part of Conceptions, drawn by its compassionate care, teamwork, and dedication to successful outcomes. She contributes her surgical expertise and clinical insight to this new chapter.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ferrandino is an outdoor enthusiast, captivated by Colorado's mountainous landscapes. A fitness buff, she enjoys healthy cooking, exercising, and quality time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
