Stephanie Willson, MD, joined the Jefferson-RMA Fellowship Program in July 2022. She graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University after completing a double major in Cell Biology & Neuroscience and Psychology. She received her Medical Degree from the New York University School of Medicine. During medical school, Stephanie was nominated by her peers into The Gold Humanism Honor Society, which recognizes compassionate patient care. She was also the recipient of numerous awards, recognizing her research projects within Obstetrics and Gynecology and essays discussing philosophy in medicine.
She went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the prestigious New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She has published a multitude of peer-reviewed articles in a variety of disciplines, including infertility, advanced maternal age, and maternal impact in the COVID pandemic, which were published in journals such as Human Reproduction, Reproductive BioMedicine Online, Fertility and Sterility Reports, Journal of Women’s Health, and Case Reports in Perinatal Medicine.
Her research has been presented at several national meetings, including meetings of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Reproductive Investigation. Dr. Willson is honored to be joining the prestigious team at Jefferson-RMA for fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
