RMA Network: Office Updates & Weather Alerts

Occasionally, inclement weather or unforeseen technical difficulties will impact our morning monitoring and office hours. Please bookmark this page or check our social media pages for the most up-to-date information regarding office openings.

 

New Jersey – Early Office Closure (2/13)

Due to the adverse weather conditions, the following office locations will be closed today (2/13) after morning monitoring hours:

• • Englewood
  • Jersey City
  • Morristown
  • Springfield
  • West Orange
  • Lehigh Valley, PA

Phones will be transferred to our On-Call Service for closed offices. All urgent issues and morning monitoring result calls will be made today.

While some of our RMA New Jersey offices are closing early today, PEAK Men’s Health will continue to see all Urology patients with scheduled appointments.

Please check the Artemis Patient Portal app or call your local office for the most up-to-date information.

Sick Policy
For the safety of our staff and patients, we ask that you refrain from coming into the office if you feel unwell. If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please call the office for further instructions.

Accepted Payment Update
Effective April 1, 2023, American Express and Discovery will not be an accepted form of payment.

 

RMA New Jersey – Princeton & Marlton (in effect beginning 2/5/2024)

Beginning February 5, 2024, morning monitoring in Princeton and Marlton will be conducted by appointment to serve you better. Please schedule morning monitoring appointments with your primary care team. Thank you.

 

RMA New Jersey – Eatontown & Freehold (in effect beginning 1/2/2024)

Beginning January 2, 2024, morning monitoring in Eatontown and Freehold will be conducted by appointment to serve you better. Please schedule morning monitoring appointments with your primary care team. Thank you.

 

RMA New Jersey – Morristown (in effect beginning 8/29/2023)

📢 We’re moving! As of August 29, 2023, our Morristown office will be conveniently located at:

 60 Columbia Road
Suite 140, Building B
Morristown, NJ 07960

The current office will be open for morning monitoring only on 8/25. Appointments will resume in the new location on Tuesday, 8/29. We look forward to continuing your fertility journey together in our new space with improved parking!
